Bucyrus Railcar Repair is one of the largest general freight railcar repair facility located on the Norfolk Southern mainline in Bucyrus, Ohio, with switching from the Chicago, Ft. Wayne & Eastern Railroad. The facility spans 60 acres with more than 330,000 square feet under roof, and has serviced railcars for nearly 30 years. Bucyrus Railcar Repair has 38 railcar repair stations, 20,000 feet of track, and yard capacity for 400 cars – with offsite staging and inbound holding capacity for an additional 50 cars

Bucyrus Railcar Repair has met the requirements of the Association of American Railroads Quality Assurance Program specified in M-1003.
