Galion, a Juno company, is a 100,000+ sq/ft screw machine and CNC, ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer located in the heart of northwest Ohio. Since 1958, Galion has been the build-to-print source for screw machined parts for the Automotive, Commercial, and Defense Industries.

Galion has the ability to machine parts from Aluminum & Aluminum Alloys, Brass & Brass Alloys, Copper & Copper Alloys, Nickel & Nickel Alloys, and Steel & Steel Alloys.

Galion’s long list of equipment includes single and multi-spindle turning, CNC turning, and Swiss micromachining. Centerless grinding allows Galion to repeatedly hold tolerances to .0002″.

Galion has the secondary capabilities to tumble, wash, phosphate, and paint their customer’s parts.

Galion is fully staffed and equipped to perform destructive, non-destructive, and environmental testing, contains a dedicated metrology lab, and their quality team consists of multiple ASQ quality professionals.

Galion has a fully staffed and equipped tool room that contains CNC controlled EDM, cutter-grinder, and machining equipment.
