Summary
Assists in the development of Individual Service Plan (ISP). Determines eligibility for County Board services. Assists in selection of providers and the delivery of services. Implements Service Support Administration Rules according to mandate and County Board plan. Rotation of on-call for after hour emergencies. Serves as a resource and referral to individuals, parents, and community members.
Full-time position - Monday - Friday - 40 hours/week.

Experience/Certification Required:
Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S) from four-year college or university, and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Will be required to obtain and maintain Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilties certification for Service and Support Administrator.
Applicant proficient with comptuers who also possess a working knowledge of, and experience with, the Home and Community Based waiver program are preferred.
Applicant will be fingerprinted (BCI/FBI) and and drug tested post offer.
Valid drivers license required.
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Career Level: One to two years related experience.
