Richland Newhope Industries, Inc., has locations in Mansfield and Bucyrus.  We employ individuals with disabilities, supplying quality goods and services to business, industry and government since 1963, serving nearly 200 local and out of state customers.

Industrial Services specializes in Document Management, electronically scanning and microfilming a myriad of critical records. Manufacturing supplies pallets, shipping bases, stakes, as well as providing ISPM 15 certified heat treatment services for international shipments. Subcontract services includes document destruction, packaging, assembly, mailing, outsourced and fulfillment services.

Community Services provides complete grounds keeping and custodial services to local businesses, agencies, churches and residential customers. Community Services also assists and supports job seekers in obtaining employment and can provide on site job training to meet the employer’s standards. The Project SEARCH program is also a part of Community Services, preparing students and young adults under the age of 25 for employment.

Our transporation services provides services to over 300 people each week in multiple counties.
