Our simle name, Carle's Market, does not completely describe our entire business and available jobs. The different aspects include:
Meat market area with 2 meat cutters and clerks to fresh cut and grind daily for our full service meat cases.
Foodservice with 3 full time cooks preparing cold deli salads and home-style foods for our hot foods case; 3 clerks helping customers with their selections in the retail area whether they eat-in or take home the food; 4 as-needed servers for off-site catering; and 2 part time dishwashers.
Deli area with 2 clerks helping serve customers with salads, sliced meats and cheeses.
Bratwurst production with 2 year round and 1 seasonal workers, and 1 delivery driver.
All of this is from our one location in Bucyrus, owned and operated third generation Carle family members.
