Established in 2008, Affinity HealthWorks, LLC is a private counseling practice comprised of a multi-disciplinary team of professional counselors, social workers and substance abuse specialists. Our goal, since the beginning, is to provide premier counseling services at an affordable cost. To us, nothing is more important than the emotional health and well-being of our clients and our community.

All of our counselors are licensed through the State of Ohio and participate in continuing education to ensure that we are using the most contemporary interventions. Our reputation is solid, as we adhere to the strictest standards and guidelines. We are always on the lookout for new talent to join our team. Applicants must be actively licensed to practice in Ohio (ie, LISW, LSW, etc).

Transportantion represents one of the greatest barrier to people accessing counseling services. With two convenient locations in Crawford County, Affinity HealthWorks, LLC offers a wealth of counseling services that are available close to home. Located in the heart of Bucyrus, our Bucyrus office offers a warm and casual environment. It is situated directly across from Picking Park, and in close proximity to the Bucyrus Library and Pelican Coffee House. Our Galion location is situated in the medical office building across from the Galion hospital. This kid-friendly site is vibrantly colored and well-equipped with all things interesting to kids. A great option for adults, too! 

School-based, nursing facility-based, home-based, and telehealth options are also available.
