A Silver Lining began servicing individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through the Individual Options Waiver in 2013. We believe in providing our individuals with all the tools needed to live in the most independent manner possible while creating a safe and healthy environment.
Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP) are fully trained on our individual’s person-centered plan. We encourage our individuals to participate in community activities they enjoy and engage in new activities of interest. Our individuals take an active role in advocating to build a life without barriers.
