Believing in the strength of American ingenuity and the spirit of entrepreneurship, E.C. Gledhill established The Gledhill Road Machinery Company in 1930. The company earned a solid position in the snow and ice control industry. In 1999, the Company began a transition to 100% employee ownership and completed the transition in May 2011.

The employee owners of The Gledhill Road Machinery Company are committed to the same entrepreneurial spirit and belief in the strength of American manufacturing upon which the company was founded. Gledhill Road Machinery Company has manufactured some of the world's finest snow plow and road maintenance equipment in the municipal marketplace since 1930. Products include the JETSTREAM™ snow plow, straight and tapered moldboard snow plows, patrol leveling and truck leveling wings, truck hitches, and the Niagara Falls spreader. All equipment is available with a wide range of options for the end user’s custom application.
