Abilities in Action

Abilities in Action believes that people with disabilities have a right to live within their home communities and participate in meaningful work compatible with their interests, skills, and abilities. This summer we are working with students from local high schools to learn invaluable work skills for their futures. Our summer youth work program focuses on training students in key areas that will assist in future employment. Our coaches are an integral part of the team and play a large role in the summer program. The students and coaches come away from the summer with great experiences, new friends, and lessons that will last a life time.
